Refunds:

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

In case of any failed payment transaction through Direct Pay (credit card charges, Debit card charges, Net banking charges) the same would be refunded back to the buyer within 5-6 working days.

Guarantee:

Moksha Labs at New Panvel, Navi Mumbai 410206 and is only a collection centre & processing of all samples is done at Channel Partners Labs central processing unit. Moksha Labs is a Franchisee partner of Many reputed Labs. We do not manufacture any of our products. We just collect the samples and send the same to the Processing entre.

Cancellation Policy:

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain tests that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include a shortage of medium used for collection or a sudden shortage of technicians for collection.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to you as per our Refunds policy.

Cancellation by the Customer:

Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount (less service charges of Rs. 500) if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. In some cases, this can happen less than an hour after your sample is taken.
